Truck parking & truck services
Parking is rented month-to-month under a written parking agreement between the tenant and Interline, LLC. Rent is billed on the 1st of each month at the posted rate for the assigned spot. Late payments are subject to the late-fee schedule stated in the parking agreement, and gate access may be suspended on seriously past-due accounts; defaulted accounts are subject to vehicle removal at the tenant's expense as described in the agreement. Spots are for operable trucks and trailers only — a bobtail spot holds one tractor; a full spot holds one tractor and one trailer, or up to two bobtails; and nothing else may be parked or stored on the lot (no trash, used tires, parts, or inoperable equipment). The lot is for parking only: no maintenance, washing, or repair work may be performed on the property — the on-site truck service center handles service work. Unauthorized use, prohibited items, and spills carry the violation and cleanup charges stated in the parking agreement, and repeated violations are grounds for termination. Tenants must keep vehicle and insurance information current with the office.
Cancel at any time with 30 days’ written notice to the office. Rent already paid for the current month is not prorated or refunded for partial months. Charges you believe are in error can be raised with the office and will be reviewed within 5 business days; confirmed billing errors are refunded in full to the original payment method.
We collect only what we need to run the lot: your name, phone number, vehicle and plate details, and payment records. Card and bank details are handled entirely by Stripe, our payment processor — Interline, LLC never stores your card or bank numbers. We send text messages about your account (bills, receipts, gate notices); reply STOP to opt out of non-essential messages.
